Rydin Dirty

This is a private park with fees. $15 per day/per vehicle. $5 per additional person. Yearly passes available. Primitive camping.

Flat Nasty is located in Jadwin, Missouri, just 20 miles north of Salem. The trails include over 800 acres of hilly Ozark Mountain terrain that can be very technical and challenging. Flat Nasty is best known by four-wheel-drive enthusiasts as an obstacle paradise. The large rock formations, steep hills, and rocky creek beds are a perfect mix for off-road vehicles and for someone looking for a challenge.

The trails are well marked in three levels: green for easy, yellow for intermediate, and black for difficult. Most of the trail names help explain what type of terrain is on each trail. A great example of this is a trail system called “All-Day Sucker.”

To make things more exciting at Flat Nasty, owners Ron Maximoff and Bryan Hamilton have added GPS caches through the park. There is also a bounty set on one trail system called “Get It Billy.” Only a few have made it! Ask for the rules before you take on the challenge.

Flat Nasty is host to several events each year for ATV’s and four-wheel-drive vehicles. Some of the past events included: Fall Crawl, Wood Racing Courses, and the Midwest ATV Jamboree.

With such a variety of terrain and beautify scenery of the Ozark mountains Flat Nasty is defiantly an experience.
