Sitting directly below the dam for Council Grove Lake you'll find a really nice ATV area. The area consists of a few large flat areas, but mostly it is old riverbed that makes for areas to climb, jump and the bottom land can be ridden thru for the guy that just has to get his wheels muddy... Perfect place for a learning rider to get aquainted with his ATV. In all a quality place ran by the Corps of Engineers.
