The coil was bad on the 250R, so in the process of removing it I found some cracks in the frame. So I going to weld the cracks and reinforce then. I also am planning on adding a Nology coil. I also discovered the alternator cover was full of oil, the counterbalancer o-ring was bad. Since I have the motor out I am going to redo the topend, with new rings. I also plan on adding a 38mm Keihin Air Stryker Carb and 1DIRR Reed Valve.
